I understand 12 skate tickets are included with this party; extra tickets are $20/ea (the table has seating for 16 and the party area may hold 25 people maximum (including the 16 at the table).

I understand I can choose how we may charge any extra guests (bill me, or request payment from guest).

I understand that REMIX is a nut-free facility and that no outside food/beverage is allowed; I MAY bring in a cake, cupcake or baked goods as a celebratory dessert, but it must be from a licensed source.

I understand that decorations are provided; REMIX does not allow wall decorations, pinatas or any large/freestanding items (ie balloon arches, cardboard cutouts).

I understand $100 is due today, and final balance is due the day of the party.
