I never set a password; where do I get it?

Passwords are set on the order confirmation screen when you placed your order. If you missed it, simply run ‘forgot password’ from any login area on an event detail page to reset your password via e-mail.

Are ticket fees really waived for Members?

Yes! Any membership-tier weekday tickets redeemed do not have any fees passed on to you. Additionally, we waive your discounted weekend ticket fees, too!

You’ll receive confirmation and a prompt to set a password on your order confirmation screen. Set a password here!

View events at Remix by visiting our website anytime, or by following links you see across newsletters, social media or other ads. When you land on an event you’d like to get tickets to, follow the links to quickly LOGIN and purchase your tickets!

Once logged in, you’ll see valid options to redeem your membership benefits! Proceed to checkout with your tickets!

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you’re planning to do an event such as birthday party, this place is a very great place to do it. It’s very convenient and very affordable. Our event planner, Lexi, did an amazing job putting the party together.

We came to Remix for our son’s ninth birthday party. It was an awesome experience. Lexi, our host, was so organized and on top of everything. It was a completely stress-free experience, and the kids had a great time!

Brought my son for a birthday party. Now we are both eager to bring the rest of the family. The place is clean. The staff is nice. The music is there, but not too loud. So cool that it is so close to Cowabunga and Chunky's. A family could spend a long weekend simply visiting this plaza.

This rink is AMAZING. It’s retro-futuristic awesomeness, the staff is friendly, the floor is smooth, and the atmosphere is *chef’s kiss*. I live over two hours away, but I will absolutely be back!

A+ We are weekly skaters and we look forward to being here EVERY tuesday for our family skate night!By far we had the best bartender on Tuesday. He was personable, funny and took really good care of us. Checked in with us multiple times and brought us the drinks to the table! He knows his stuff! Also big shout out to the older gentle man on skates with sunglasses. He sat us at our table. He truly loves his job and you can tell. He taught my son how to skate backwards last week! best family friendly place around! Food was delicious my son is a big fan of the chicken tenders with fries.

Brianna was at the desk by the front door and she was so kind and helpul. She figured out a way to get our larger party to all sit together for my son’s bday celebration. The staff we got the skates from were patient and kind, as well as your bar staff. We will be back again, we all had a blast! Thank you!

What a perfect EXPERIENCE. Having a table for our group was a great surprise, and easy access to the trainers for my kiddos first time. ATMOSPHERE was an upgraded version of the 90’s rinks i remember so fondly. Thank you!! I was delighted to have true roller rink food that was gluten free. The chicken strips were fantastic and the staff was helpful and kind.
